Don delivered his Treasurer's Report

Chamber Mixer Committee will meet at 6pm at the next meeting date in September 13th.

Carol Cole was on Puggy’s Corner and they talked about what is going on in Springfield. She said she hoped that people would realize that Springfield had the oldest Community Theater in the State.

Strike for Ira’s show on Sunday Sept. 11th make that a work day as well. Work will start at 9am..

Help needed for “Over the River and Through the Woods”: Need painters, props, and stage hands. Donna, Don, Liz said they would help out.

There have been many concerns regarding the lack of air conditioning in the studio. We have found some air conditioners and they will be put in soon..

Capital Fundraising – fundraising in general; possibility of a Players Flea Market – anyone who set up a table for their treasures could do a flat rate of $25 for your spot or by percentage of what you sell.

Lynn Cannon – Hospital is having their 100th birthday in Feb of 2013. Hospital is requesting the Players to do a performance for them.

Nunsense Auditions will be Sunday Sept 21st 6-8 Monday Sept 22nd 7-8:30 – Need five nuns (but can be expanded) and could have men. There can be non-singing nuns.
